Gathering the Requirements for a 360 Review System
No matter what type of system you build, it is important that we learn what the end user will actually need. Otherwise we risk building something that isn’t necessary and won’t be used by anyone.
As we go through this process, we must identify who needs what, and does it really matter to the success of the project. Truly, not all ideas are good ideas, despite what some people might say. So we might not only get the ideas, but sort through them and make sure we find the best ideas.
We often do this through interviews, working with subject matter experts, and more.
