Easy 360 Reviews is here to help small and medium sizes businesses and departments learn more about their employees.

This project started as a demo project being used to teach Software Engineering principles to Computer Science students at Tusculum University. The goal was to work through a real life project, showing how a professional project can be created in as little as three months. During that time the class worked through all the phases of developing a project starting with picking a project and determining it’s viability, then move through the design process, and finally on to creating a Minimally Viable Product or MVP.

I created this project to work along side them, as they developed their own projects. Showing them, this isn’t just a theory that I teach, but actual principles that I’ve followed as a professional software developer. I always tell my students that you can build applications in school and turn them into actual products if you work at it. So I’m following my own advice and working on turning this into a fully featured application. Want to know more about that process, follow this link here to learn what’s next.

I documented the entire process of creating this application on this blog and if you want to be kept up to date about our changes and updates as we move past the MVP into a full application, please sign up here.

Also, if you can help us out, for just a few minutes time, by filling out a viability form to test our hypothesis to determine the viability of the project. Thank you.
